At first, I was floored. I thought I was doing everything rightโ€“healthy meals, regular workouts, the whole shebang. But Dr. Emi explained that while lifestyle choices are crucial, bone density can be influenced by a whole orchestra of factors: genetics, hormones, even surprise medical visitors.
